The guest laundry does not work was told it would also they don’t clean your rooms , and charge 5 dollars a day for parking

I was told when I checked in laundry worked it has not all week also on web site it says nothing about 5 dollars for parking a day very unsatisfactory and me and my company will never stay here again

Discrimination

Attempt to check in at La Quinta Hollywood FL location desk agent refused to check me in because he couldn't read my card. He asked for another for of payment which I advised him all money was on that card. He then said you black people always trying to pull some scam on the industry.

Hotel under complete construction noise and nasty

Before making reservations we werent told this hotel was under complete construction cant sleep, Constant noise and hammering in the morning from 8 oclock on. Please do something about this

Mystery guy and front got key to my room when I way home. And now they don't wanna fix what they did. We'll see about thati could of been killed for thiet neglence never stay there.

Moved rooms to a new room where stuff couldn't get installed right or paint prep done right. Many small things throughout property

Came to finish work but internet not working. Rude girl at front desk said dont know what talking about and hung up on repeatedly. Refused refund and transfer to another room. Laughing knowing she had given on purposely. Had hope Laquita was one hotel of choice hotel chain that was decent. They too busy with prostitution business for day to day customers.

Mailed in a written complaint after returning from a vacation in Charleston SC.in 40-years of government travel, this was adsolutely the worse I have encountered. Room serviceability, and operational effectiveness was terrible! I addressed in a written complaint and they have yei to reach out to me. I'm a disabled veteran and funds are hard to come by. For what I paid, and for the shortcomings of services, I would have been better off to sleep in my car. It's adsolutely no way I would recommend this facility to anyone!

I HAD THIS FRONT DESK CLERK TO COME TO MY ROOM AT 12:30 IN THE MORNING AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT SHE CAME TO MY ROOM WITH I GUESS ONE OF THERE SO CALLED SECURITY GUARDS. THEN GOING TO STATE TO ME THAT SHE HAD 5 COMPLAINTS ABOUT MY MUSIC BEING TOO LOUD WHEN I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT MY MUSIC WASNT LOUD AS SHE WAS STATING I EVEN LEFT MY MUSIC ON THE SAME VOLUME AS IT WAS PRIOR TO HER COMING TO MY DOOR WHICH WASNT LOUD.

I AM GUESSING SINCE THIS HOTEL IS OLD AND THE WALLS HERE ARE THIN PLUS THE HOTEL SEEM TO BE VERY VACANT THATS HOW QUIET MY FLOOR IS. SO IN MOST CASES YOU WILL HEAR A TV ON AT THIS POINT ANYWHERE ON THE FLOOR UNLESS YOUR JUST GOING TO HAVE THE TV OR RADIO ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE LOWEST VOLUME. WHICH I WILL NOT HEAR WHATEVER IT IS THAT I AM LISTENING TO. THE EMPLOYEE THAT CAME TO MY ROOM DID NOT WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING I HAD TO SAY SHE WAS VERY NASTY WITH HER ATTITUDE NOT GREAT AT BEING A GOOD PERSON FOR A POSITION DEALING WITH THE CUSTOMERS.

THEN I ALSO CALLED HER ONCE SHE LEFT MY ROOM SO THAT I CAN TRY TALKING TO HER ON A BETTER TIME AND SHE STILL WAS NOT ALLOWING ME TO SPEAK AMD I CALLED HER TO SPEAK ON MY END GET MY POINT ACROSS AND ALL THAT SHE WAS STATING WAS THAT SHE WAS GOING TO PUT ME OUT IF ANYONE COMPLAIN ABOUT MY MUSIC AGAIN. WHICH I AM TRANS WOMAN OF COLOR SO JUST ABOUT ANYONE CAN BE HOMOPHOBIC OR RASIST AND WANT TO JUST COMPLAIN TO MAKE ANYTHING HAPPEN AT THIS POINT!!!

If the music wasn't too loud, no one would have known you were playing music and no one would have come to your door. The next time you stay in a motel, how about having some respect for other patrons and don't play your music too loud (or at all at 12:30am). I would have put you out.

The staff is too nosey and rude. And are very inappropriate.

Ok the manager once git an additude after a long day of work . She was disgusting. And the house keepers won't quit bothering you for beer cans . And are disgusting . And rude. And need to be fired . They do t know how to have a great out look on things. They are just rude . And don't know how to be nice and to leave you alone . When you dont want their company. I don't like their company they don't have any manners .

Paid for room online just to get to hotel after I was checked in they 100 d me $10 deposit is required I explained to them my home was just burnt down and that was all the money I had the lady at the front desk was rude would not let me speak with the manager and I had to sleep in the cold I hope they are happy with what they have done on

Cost of cab versus LaQuinta shuttle $ 37.50
