Terrible customer service
Had a toilet that did not work from the time we arrived asked 3 t
Friday morning to have it fixed.
Nothing was done when we inquired again she told us she was trying to get a hold of maintenance or to get us a plunger which would not have been acceptable since the didn't work when we arrived I shouldn't have had to plunge it they never found one anyway.
We were there for 2 nights for my daughter's wedding we had a block of rooms for wedding guest 10 to 15 rooms.
On the final night my wife again asked about the toilet to which she was rudely told there is nothing I can do and I can't find a plunger.
I then inqured myself about the possibility of us moving rooms and she very sternly told me sir I have already talked to your wife I politely asked her to tell me what could be done again she stated I should talked to my wife as she has already told her. I asked again could you move us to another room she said I told your wife I don't have any rooms available.
I then asked if she thought it was acceptable to speak to customers the way she did.
I told her I was done talking to her and I would take it up with corporate.
5 minutes later she called my wife and found her a room.
Like I said I had 10 to 15 rooms blocked for this wedding and I will speak to everyone of them about not using laquinta after the experience that we had.
This was October the 7th and 8th. Night shift desk.

To complain im not happy
My wife and I always go out of out of our way to stay at a La Quinta. We went to the rodeo in Queen Creek to watch our son fight bulls about 9 or so miles from the hotel..
After the rodeo we went to our room at the LaQuinta in Mesa AZ and went to our room (307). I took a shower, my wife refused because tub was filthy!
We both plugged our phones into the 4 receptacle plug in on the desk.
We always rise early around 4am, my wife unplugged her phone and it was dead. She checked mine and it also was dead. She tried the courtesy phone and it also was dead.
I checked under the desk and there was a 4 plug in surge protector which looked burned out. My wife took it down to the main desk and asked to speak to the Manager.She was told the Manager would not be in until Monday. She told girl behind the counter to write down what happened and she would call Mellissa Monday. My wife called Monday around 2pm no answer, she left a detailed message with her phone number and asked for call back.
She never got a call back and still has never received a call.. We enjoyed the breakfast and then headed home to Flagstaff!! I need to mention that there was only one cream and sugar for coffee... My wife is extremely upset because if something had of happened we could not even call 911.
I am a 80 year old man, under a Doctors care..
Our entire stay was unacceptable!!
Your hotel in Mesa leaves much to be expected!!!

This location is really dirty and the manager is extremely rude
I stayed at this location back in March. The room was extremely dirty.
There was hair in the towels as well as all in the bed. The sink was dirty and clogged with black gunk and hair. The microwave had not been cleaned since the last guest. It has satins and dried food in it.
There was stains on the bed and sticky stuff dried on the floor. They switched me to another room and that one was dirty as well. The lamp did not work. It had not been dusted and they was hair everywhere.
I took tons of pictures showed them to the front desk clerk and she told me she could not give me a refund cause her manager was not there. They had no more available rooms. I had no where else to go, so I slept in the desk chair. Well sat.
Didn't sleep much. When I asked the clerk for her managers information. She gave me the wrong email. So I spent almost two months emailing the manager with no response.
Come to find out she gave me the wrong email address. When I finally did get to speak to a manager she was rude and inconsiderate. She had no care for my situation. She told me her gm would give me a call and I never heard from her.
Then they offered me a 20% refund. $110 for a nasty room that I could not get comfortable in.
Tried to resolve the issue from the beginning just for them to give me the run around and still not refund my money. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I got to La Quinta by Harrah's in Kansas City, Mo at 700 pm, was booked Into a dirty room room number 205. Was then moved to room 225 where the door had to be reprogrammed for a card key.
The next day I got locked out of my room.for three hrs w my stuff In my room. And when I did get back In the lock reset again and I couldnt shut my door when I left so I was unable to get back in. In fear of it happening again. I was not offered any kind of refund or anything I have to go back to KC now cause I missed a training seminar for my work because my wallet and Everything I have was locked in your hotels room.
NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
The GM was fighting with more than one customer. Stupid and childish grow up.you making the gay community look bad.

I booked rooms through Expedia at LaQuinta in Parker. I did that a month in advance.
We were booked for 2 rooms September 21 through September 24, 2022. I called the LaQuinta Hotel central office to confirm the reservation on September 17, 2022 and was told we were confirmed for 2 rooms on the above dates. We arrived at the location on the afternoon of the 21st to find that the hotel is still under construction!!! Who takes reservations for a place that isnt finished?
We wanted that location for specific reasons.
Needless to say it was a scramble to find another hotel for those dates near that location.
I think this is totally unreasonable. I did get my refund (yes, I paid in advance) but did not anticipate this kind of snafu.
I was very distraught about having to find 2 rooms for the dates above at the last minute!!

Your flagstaff location on 1000 north Bronco way has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
I stayed there the first time when I was moving my son into NAU and the way I was treated was horrible, but I just figure Clifton White was having a bad day. He was very rude and lacked kindness.
I tried again to stay there, but the second Encounter was even worse. I made a reservation to stay on 9/17 my daughter and I arrived early, so my daughter went in to see if by chance we could check in early, and we were not. My daughter was very rudely dismissed. We left and came back an hour early to see if we could check in then by calling, and I was rudely told no they didn't have the room ready yet.
I asked when is check in, and I was sarcastically told at 3, and it was only 1:50. I responded I knew what time it was, I was just trying to find out. Heather the manager hung up on me. I called back, and I asked to speak to her manager, and she kept saying she couldn't hear me and just being rude and mocking me.
She game her mangers name and wouldn't give me his number. She hung up to me again, I called back the third time to cancel my reservation.
Every time I have called this location, the employees are rude and lack customer service.

I have a feeling that your daughter is mistaking not getting her way as rude. No wonder, she has you as a role model.
If they do not have your room ready they do not have your room ready. Nothing rude about being honest.
Would you rather they lie to you? I think when you cancelled your reservation they were happy to get rid of you.
You need to stop thinking people are rude just because you did not get your way. You are a piece of work.
