La Quinta Inn - Horrible customer service

I canceled a reservation and Iwas not supposed to be charged for the room. They told me I was fine and they wouldn’t take any money because I canceled . Two weeks later they charged me 3 times for a room I never stayed in which overdrafted my bank account and told me I had to wait two weeks to get my money back even though they made the mistake.

La Quinta Inn - Horrible

A unauthorized transaction was made on my credit card for the event room that had already been paid for, then they used my card for patment on a room that I didnt reserve a family member did but they cancled the room themselve ! I've attempted to contact the Manager for 2 days now, while being given the run around and lies! My family and I always stays in a Laquinta hotel when we travel, but this draws the line!

La Quinta Inn - Was charged twice for my stay at LaQuinta Inn in West Valley

I was charged twice for my stay LAQuinta on 2-05-2018 . The clerk denies my card company they did and has proof they did. I want LaQuinta pay me back the double charge and reprimand the clerk of that motel in West Valley City,Utah for double charging me. I want all that immediately paid back to my card or I may seek legal action and I will.

I checked into the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Ft. Pierce, Florida last week. When I checked into the hotel, I was told there was a $50 deposit that would be refunded at check out time. Sunday evening, I witnessed a dispute between a customer and the front desk attendant.

Be sure to contact, in writing, your CREDIT card company to dispute the charge. Never use a debit card at a hotel.
