The GM name Amber Smith someone needs to help her no experience at taking care of guests she may know how to do the paperwork in the office but when it comes to her employees and the guests she has no experience and do not care at all with this has came out her mouth personally on top of that she also been taking TVs to Best Buy stealing is what I think it is instead of getting those TVs fixed under warranty she will take them to Best Buy also will not order proper product for the Motel Light maintenance supplies never in my life heard someone say you only have $200 in maintenance department to order with for a motel that has 112 rooms two meeting rooms also grounds and pool to me I think it's very unprofessional the way corporate let this lady stay in the driver's seat when clearly we get bad reviews on her all the time one thing is the bedding some of the bedding need to be changed she will not order beds to change out ice machines complaint about those ice machines need to be cleaned several times breakfast area she also put out a single slices of bread with her bare hands no gloves unsanitized I can go on and on but no need to I believe this is enough for someone in corporate to check into this problem..
