Bed bugs in room

Was bitten by bed bugs repeatedly I was in room 319 at the 8383 FM 1960 W. Houston Rd location and had to be moved to 411. Just terrible and I also had to fight my boxing match with very uncomfortable itching on my arms forehead and shoulders along with my clothes being placed in plastic bags and leaving some of my belongings behind because I wanted to get away from that room ASAP... Unacceptable

Total dissatisfaction with the hotel

We were not informed upon making the reservation that the hotel is in the midst of remodeling. There are holes in the walls, the shower and hot tub have mold. The bedroom sheets are stained, the pillowcases are yellow, and faded, the lamps are cracked, their air conditioning is broken. There is dust everywhere and candle wax on the bureau. The mini fridge has not been cleaned.

I stayed at the La Quinta by Wyndham Orlando Hotel Airport North and was disgusted! I checked in from 4/21-4/22 as I was leaving for a cruise with my children. We checked in at 11:43PM. The bathroom was disgusting and not cleaned properly (told abt that night) and there was mold in the room and bugs which I discovered in the morning when the sun was up. There were no other hotel rooms available in the area and my kids needed to sleep somewhere. We were traveling all day. I told the hotel manager and they offered $20 my stay. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. My kids could have gotten sick.

Very rude after whole situation we ask for late check out due to no water all night they refused and wouldn't even extend breakfast hours either even though it started an hour in half later .the whole motel was abound no employees or house keepers no one from 12 am to almost 9.They were very rude and unapologetic they acted like it was no big deal we stay for our son 8th birthday it was very disappointing none of the room keys were working the pool key didn't work the door to exit and enter weren't locking anyone could walk in .

I stayed at your hotel in New Jersey for one night I got two rooms for almost 200 a piece each having two adults and two children in them. When we got there the outside of the place looked like a total dump with pest boxes outside.

We still entered the building in hopes it would be better inside. When entering it was the most awful experience Ive ever had at a hotel. It was absolutely discusting inside. Had holes in the walls in the hall way, looked like there has never been a vacuum taken to the rugs ever , a plank of wood just lying in the hallway trash outside of every other door , black mold in the bathtub I was mortified!!!

We then found that there was no remote for one of the tvs also no toilet paper and two towels per room. So I went to the service desk asking if we could have toilet paper and more towels where there was four of us to a room. The lady at the front desk told me there was no more in the building thats all she had. I then told her how nasty the place was and if I could get my money back.

She looked and told me she could but it would be three to five buisness days to get it back. Where it was already midnight and kids were exhausted from. A water park all day we had no choice but to stay in this very nasty hotel. No one should be staying in a place like this let alone paying 200 per room.

The board of health needs to go take a look there. So disappointing.

I have a bunch of photos also that I took that I am unable to upload but Id love for someone to look at them and tell me if they would want to bring there children there to sleep. Something needs to be done about this its not sanitary for anyone to be there.

La Quinta inn stay

Wife and I stayed at the La Quinta Inn in Layton Utah. I have to say that it is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in.

The place is literally falling apart. The pool area had so much mold and mildew in it we were thoroughly disgusted. Mold around the air vents where it had greatly spread up & down the wall. Mold around the windows.

The pool room was so humid that it had water dripping down from the ceiling and causing rust spots on the cement floor. Carpet in the lobby and going down the hall was loose and had huge bumps in it.

Almost as if it had flooded at one time and wasnt properly cleaned and taken care of.

This isnt something that an employee or owner would not notice. I have pictures of the pool area if you want to see them.

I do have to say that the employees were very nice.

I have never stayed at a LaQuinta. I do see this one is listed as a 2-star hotel.

I have used plenty of 2-star hotels and learned early on to only use one when I just needed a bed and bathroom.

Everyone I’ve been at seemed to lack proper upkeep. I think a 3-star or higher is your answer.

This stay was HORRIBLE! Upon check in a maintenance person almost knocked me down with a lift that was in lobby with NO safety comes or signs and they were clearly renovating!! Rooms were extremely dirty!! (I have photos)! There was no hot water in room (238). Hotel moved us to room 215 (equally dirty) and They were renovating room 213 - full with table saws & hammers! Oh and loud music to accompany the renovation. Demanded a refund and left - STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND!

Jayson A. Operations Manager at the Redding, CA facility.

He yelled at me was completely irrate and irrational. I was afraid of him and left with him saying "good luck getting your refund" sarcastically. I was tempted to call the police as he was so enraged that the other employees were backing away from him and looking at him very strangely. I hope there's a video that has a recording of how he was speaking to me, I will never stay at a La Quinta Inn again.

Beyond that Jayson A. should not be in this profession whatsoever. I spoke with other hotels about what was going on: he was trying to get me to pay cash for my pet deposit and then said when I couldn't pay cash that I would have to wait another hour before he could help get my invoice worked out. This is because the online Booking for La Quinta Inn does not allow you to your pet.

There is no prompts to do so. I was perfectly happy to pay the deposit with my card, the same card that I used to book the room, but this was not acceptable to Management, and they said that it would take a whole hour longer , and then I needed to go get cash out of an ATM. Jason also told me that I had posted my pet under cash and I did no such thing because there was no way to register my pet whatsoever.

When I asked out of confusion for him to explain it, he started yelling and getting extremely irate and red in the face and very scary. This was an extremely traumatic experience that is hardly becoming of someone in the hospitality industry let alone someone in charge of operations.

Usually it is the other way around, i.e. guest tries to use cash to book for incidentals but can't, a card is needed. I would follow up with corporate.

Hello my husband was accused of smoking in the hotel the manager Roxy told him he had 30 min to leave the premises from and accused party the room was 145 that accused him of this to come to find out the maintenance wrote a letter and let them know that they had the wrong room the apology we got was so fake at all point when I ask what could be done to compensate us for that they told us they couldnt at all worse feeling ever that me and my family almost got kick out and the police being call for nothing shame then Roxy had me and her walk to the room 145 she told me stay at my room I stood their for 15min just find out she never came back and walk back up to the office without even coming back so I had to walk all the way back to the front desk to continue to ask about this and then ask for corporate number she never gave it to me and only gave me an email I hope this make it to someone something need to be done this is completely inappropriate to me and my family I had to leave work early thinking me and my family was getting kicked out

I am disabled on SSI Disability and have a service dog that I checked in with.showed proof from US Government and John or whoever checked me in was fine with that. Weve been staying at the LaQuinta in Pooler, GA every fall & spring for 4-5 years, never an issue with my Service Dog.

They charged our CC the fee of $135.+/-,which was correct, then an additional charge of $250.00 for dog hair! I picked up any drop of kibble on the floor and disposed of all our trash.

Number 1, this is illegal regarding service dogs. Im livid, shes a Bernese Mtn Dog, they shed! I will contact the gov and better business bureau over this charge, its absurd!

Guess we wont be staying at this motel ever again after many years.

Pooler LaQuinta promised to have the manager call me this morning, nothing! Every time I called no answer, this afternoon after 6 hours someone answered saying manager was gone for the day.

Id be ashamed being affiliated with this motel.

Believe me I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the gov agency who approved my service dog about this will post all over social media about what the hotel in Pooler, GA! Never treated like this at Hiltons, etc.

Maybe you might call me, only been 2 days trying to reach someone!

Roaches and mold

We stayed in one of your motels. Arrived in at 12:24am checked in went to room and straight to bed.

Upon waking up we realized the bathroom was full of black mold, stained towels and a stained shower curtain. Had no choice but to shower to get on our way home so we all 3 showered. After my shower I was standing at the vanity which was located at the door and on the wall hair dryer a roach was crawling all over it. When we checked out I brought it to the attention of the front desk.

No manager present so they tried to contact one without any luck. So they called the owner. His reply was I didnt bring it to their attention when I checked in and I paid cash so I would not be receiving any sort of refund. I have videos and pictures from this room.

We stayed at another one of your motels on our way to Texas and it was amazing.

That is why we chose to stop at another in the way home. Very unsettling to know my family slept with roaches and the bathroom was beyond disgusting.

The hotel charged full price when all floors were under construction with a huge amount of dust and dirt. We are still coughing and sneezing up dust. They should have been closed or do one floor at a time. At the very least, offer half price rooms.

Hello, currently I am on a business call in the parking lot of the La Quinta Hotel in Oakland, CA 94601 and the security guard is parked right next to me with his lights flashing in my eyes for over an hour now. Im not sure what type of intimidation he is attempting to portray but the lights are making me sick and I now have a horrible headache. My parking voucher is in my window currently and again I have no idea what this security guard is attempting to achieve.

Me and my boyfriend noticed a bed bug on our pillows as we're tryna to sleep. We didnt get much sleep because we had to stay up and check the room an our belongings. The manager gave us a 15% discount but I would like a whole refund because we had a flight the next day a didnt get to rest much do to the incident.
