Stayed at La Quinta in Elkton Maryland last night May 14 th 2013.Toilets that don't flush.
Bathtub / shower that did not drain. My traveling partner could not shower or she would be standing in dirty water . Sink did not drain. Air conditioner that did not work.
Distasteful as all of this was the hotel manager,Harry Patel was obnoxious - aggressive - and hostile. Customer service???? Nowhere to be found. The customer service was worse than the problems with the room.
100 bucks for a room with nothing that worked and a hotel manager that was rude- uncooperative .Terrible experience.c
